"But we always want the addition and reduction of this budget to be based on clear arguments and studies," he expressed, at City Council building, Thursday (8/30).
Riano cited that addition of a budget for additional salaries for PPSU in slums proposed by the Governance Bureau. As long as the proposal is based on careful planning, the budget will be approved.
"It was explained earlier. Because it needs more extra handling," he stated.
